FOUNDATIONS
Designed using reinforced concrete footings and a foundation slab
STRUCTURE
Designed using reinforced concrete pillars and waffle slabs. The retaining walls are made of reinforced concrete
FACADES
The exterior facade is made of perforated brick with a skim of render on the inside, insulated with projected polyurethane foam. The interior side of the facade will be constructed using a galvanised steel frame with rock-wool insulation inside finished with a double plasterboard.
WINDOWS
Premium grade window and door frames. Security glass units using laminated sheets.
INTERIOR WALLS
Interior partition walls are made using a drywall system, a galvanised steel frame with acoustic insulation inside finished with a double plasterboard.
EXTERIOR FINISHES
The external walls will be finished using a mix of stone and traditional waterproof render.
FLOORING INTERIOR
Flooring throughout the home will be in 1200 x 1200 cm large ceramic tiles. A natural wood flooring will be used in the master suite.
FLOORING EXTERIOR
Terraces will use an anti slip version of the same interior large format tile.

INTERIOR CARPENTRY
The main entrance door has a metal frame clad with a hard wood finish. Interior doors and wardrobes are made with a medium density wood with a three coat paint finish.

Flooring will use natural wood and shower area and behind the double sink will use 250 cm stone effect large ceramic slabs.
SANITARY WARES
All toilets will be suspended with a soft close system. Bathroom furniture will have a Krion basin top with a solid wooden draw unit underneath.
BATHROOM FITTINGS
All taps and shower fittings will be from premium brands. Sink and shower taps are wall mounted. The master bathroom will have a Gessi 30 x 30 cm rainshower, secondary showers will use 25 x 25 cm Gessi rainshower. All fittings are finished in dark brushed metal.
AIR CONDITIONING
A high capacity Aerothermal Eco friendly Daikin VRV inverter heat pump is used

Water under floor heating throughout the home produced using an Eco friendly Daikin inverter heat pump.

A pre-installation home domotic system will be installed.

A pre-installation of a closed circuit TV system and cameras.

A wired alarm system will be installed including integrated window contacts.
