Created by renowned architects Rodolfo Amieva Jacobson and Diego Macías Domínguez from González & Jacobson Arquitectura, Villa Cascada is a reflection of mindful design and sustainability. Featuring natural elements – stone, wood, light colours, large format flooring, floor to ceiling windows and magnificent outdoor spaces. The stunning design of this villa’s contemporary architecture creates a linear, clean and functional style, creating spacious and bright spaces.
Featuring two floors for a total built of 370m2 + 289m2 of terraces and porches. The use of versatile materials and innovative techniques is a characteristic of this ecological and energy saving residence.
On the top floor is the master ensuite bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe and spa style bathroom. There are two further bedrooms with private terraces and all boasting sleek en-suite bathrooms, generous closets and wonderful views.
The lower level houses the living-dining room, kitchen and the fourth ensuite bedroom. The living room flows to the large terrace and pergola area overlooking the outdoor pool and gardens.

QUALITIES & FIXTURES
FOUNDATIONS
Designed using reinforced concrete footings and a foundation slab
STRUCTURE
Designed using reinforced concrete pillars and waffle slabs. The retaining walls are made of reinforced concrete
FACADES
The exterior facade is made of perforated brick with a skim of render on the inside, insulated with projected polyurethane foam. The interior side of the facade will be constructed using a galvanised steel frame with rock-wool insulation inside finished with a double plasterboard.
WINDOWS
Schuco window and door frames. Security glass units using laminated sheets.
INTERIOR WALLS
Interior partition walls are made using a drywall system, a galvanised steel frame with acoustic insulation inside finished with a double plasterboard.
EXTERIOR FINISHES
The external walls will be finished using a mix of stone and traditional waterproof render.
FLOORING INTERIOR
Living Rooms and kitchen areas will be in 1200 x 1200 cm large ceramic tiles. A natural wood flooring will be used in the master suite, bedrooms and basement.
FLOORING EXTERIOR
Terraces will use an anti slip version of the same interior large format tile.
MASTER WARDROBE
Designer walk in wardrobe
INTERIOR CARPENTRY
The main entrance door has a metal frame clad with a hard wood finish. Interior doors and wardrobes are made with a medium density wood with a three coat paint finish.
KITCHEN
Italian chef kitchen with floor to ceiling units and large stone island. Gaggenau appliances.
BATHROOMS
Flooring will use natural wood and shower area and behind the double sink will use 250 cm stone effect large ceramic slabs.
SANITARY WARES
All toilets will be suspended with a soft close system. Bathroom furniture will have a Krion basin top with a solid wooden draw unit underneath.
BATHROOM FITTINGS
All taps and shower fittings are from the Italian manufacturer Gessi. Sink and shower taps are wall mounted. The master bathroom will have a Gessi 30 x 50 cm shower with three functions, mist, waterfall and rainshower, secondary showers will use 25 x 25 cm Gessi rainshower. All fittings are finished in dark brushed metal.
AIR CONDITIONING
A high capacity Aerothermal Eco friendly Daikin VRV inverter heat pump is used
HEATING
Water under floor heating throughout the home produced using an Eco friendly Daikin inverter heat pump.
HOME & BUILDING AUTOMATION
A full home domotic system will be installed. Built on a Control 4 platform the home automation will control lighting, blinds, sound, AC, alarm and heating.
CCTV
A pre-installation of a closed circuit TV system and cameras on the perimeter of the plot will be installed.
ALARM
A wired alarm system will be installed including integrated window contacts.
VIDEO INTERCOM
Connected to the home automation system with an interior video screen.
PAINT
Interiors, acrylic paint for walls and ceilings. Exterior walls will use Caparol Silicon paint.
SWIMMING POOL
Salt water heated pool, automatic pool cover. Tiled using 10 x 10 cm tiles.
GARDENS
Fire pits, water features, palm trees, automatic water irrigation and designer lighting
FURNISHINGS
There will be an option to fully furnished the home by interior designer Andrea Boch by Ambience
